Loved this house. Perfect location and a great space indoors and out. We ate out at some of the myriad of local restaurants and also ate in on the spacious patio. Really communicative hosts who went out of their way to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Great info booklet provided, suggesting things to do - we visited Folly beach on its recommendation and had a really fun day there. Would definitely recommend this place, if you want to be where all the action is in mid-town and enjoy all it has to offer from a super stylish house.

The Palms was a great place for our girls trip and we'd stay here again! The location was great with walkable access to plenty of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. You can hear the dance music very clearly from restaurants/bars on King Street until very late while sitting out on the beautiful patio. We enjoyed the music, but if you're looking for a quiet escape or have small children, this may not be the location for you. The pictures online depict the unit very well. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. Good water pressure, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The instructions from Tom and Hannah before check-in were very clear and we had zero issues finding the home and getting inside. The Parking lot is very close to the home, and probably closer than any street parking you'd find otherwise. The parking space is also very clearly marked for this unit. Tom and Hannah were wonderful hosts and regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

We felt right at home. Tom and Hannah’s place is immaculate and everything had a place. No clutter at all.
