Our stay at this place was really good and peaceful. The host was responsive. There were no issues regarding check-in and checkout. you have your privacy there is no disturbance. It felt so nice that we booked it again for another 3 months.

Just stayed in this apartment for almost 4 months, and couldn't be happier with my choice. It looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable. The location can't be beat (walking distance to stores, restaurants, parks, subway) and with the entrance right on a busy street it felt very safe even coming home late at night. Given it's location it was surprisingly quiet. Did not interact with Frank very much simply because I rarely needed to, but when I did have an issue, his response was always fast, friendly and professional.

Great place to stay, a convenient location very close to a Chester subway station, many restaurants and shops around. If you need to use a public transport during your stay in Toronto it is a right place for you. The flat is very nice and have plenty of space. The only thing that was really annoying is a sound of ventilation rotor which was right near the bedroom window, it works non stop and first days it really annoys, but after a couple of days you get used to it and it is ok.
