This is our second visit to the cottage and we still adore it. It’s a simple small place with a massive screened in porch, huge yard for pup and toddler to wander around, close drive to great restaurants and beaches and you can even walk to Warren dunes. You won’t find luxury here but you’ll find adorable decorating, what you need and opportunity for great memories. We will be returning several more times until our lil family can’t fit anymore.

We loved our stay at Kay’s cozy cottage. It was the coldest weekend of the winter (-10 degrees) and the home kept warm and very comfortable for our family. The big yard was wonderful for our dogs to run out, and we would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the awesome screened in porch! The location is ideal very close to beach towns with restaurants, shops, etc. A highlight for us was the record player, we loved the old albums. Lovely stay. Thank you, Kay!

Kay's cottage was exactly what my husband, our good friend, and two dogs were looking for. The space was cozy, clean, and had all of the necessities for a quiet, winter getaway. Kay's communication was excellent and she provided many recommendations for the area. Kay is, hands-down, the friendliest host I've ever interacted with and it made us feel welcomed. We would love to visit again in the summer.

I spent the holidays at Kay's cottage in Sawyer and had a great time! The place is adorable, convenient, and close to the lake, restaurants, and many shops and quaint small towns. Kay is very knowledgeable about the area and good recommendations for activities, dining, and local connections. Everything was perfect. The cottage was also decorated for Christmas as well as dog-friendly. Would love to return in the summer to make more use of the large screened porch and outdoor space!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Felt like home right away, and Kay was very communicative and helpful. Our dog loved the fenced yard (no gaps or holes). We loved the fire pit, record player, and screened-in porch. Great spot down the road in Local Pour. We walked to the dunes and drove less than 10 minutes to Warren Woods. Really enjoyed our time away from the city. Thank you!
