Does need a microwave as no different to an oven. Wifi would of made it better due to communication with work (People could use for emergency) due to no phone cover. Extra cost for logs was not told at booking ( free for us ok) Hot tub can get to hot and needs a temperature setting Or People could get burned Not ideal. But a marvellous place

A great family holiday with our two girls aged 7 and 5. It was just as we hoped and we loved exploring on bikes and on foot. Close to stunning coastlines so good for a picnic and a (quick!) dip too. We finished each day with a family hot tub. The place was clean and beautifully finished but not so polished that we couldn’t relax. Alan, who looked after us and checked us in and out, was really friendly, relaxed and very responsive. Thoroughly recommend, despite the drizzly weather!

Great hosts great place extremely amazing walks in such a close by forest. Hot tub’s amazing with a nice cosy log cabin with log burner. Forest sauna is a truly great experience that has to be done on your visit. Had great days out at such beautiful near by beaches.. would highly recommended and would love to come back was sad coming home it was that amazing.

We had a fabulous stay here. We needed some digital detox and peace and quiet, and this offered just that - while also being within walking distance to a decent pub. We felt “in the middle of nowhere” without being in the middle of nowhere. It’s a great base for exploring the area, long walks on the doorstep, and a hot tub dip in the evening. A great stay and highly recommend.

Sky Cabin is a masterpiece of woodworking, simple yet fully equipped. Robbie and Rachel (and site manager Alan) are lovely hosts. Very quiet peaceful location, beware no telly, and very limited wifi and phone signal, so ideal for a digital de-tox! Sitting in the log burner hot tub watching the stars come out was a lovely way to wind up our stay.
