Chris’s home has a lot of positives. We enjoy fishing and this area is good for that. In fact this is the 2nd time we have stayed here so that we could canoe, kayak, boat and enjoy the dock. The living room has seating for all and it is a nice place to settle in and watch a ball game. We stayed in and cooked and enjoyed the oversized kitchen for meal preparation. If you are planning a fall visit I recommend bringing blankets for extra coziness. Also bring firewood to enjoy the firepit. There are several small towns close by that have cute main streets with shops and eateries.

Nice clean house nested in a quite neighborhood with excellent water view and tranquility. Chris was a great host and very accommodating to our needs. Will come back!

Chris’ place is a great family space. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals for our family of 6. There were a bunch of board games for family game night. Wi-Fi was good inside the house. Having the ping pong table was great, loved it. We brought our boat and had a blast tubing with our kids on the water but would definitely recommend a depth finder as a must have if you bring your boat. There are tons of random 1 foot depths out of nowhere that you can easily get stuck in especially when the tide is low. Chris was a helpful and responsive host. The neighbors were no issue for us but houses are very close so privacy is limited. The neighbor in the house nearest to the front yard was very kind and helpful. This is a great house for a large family or even 2 smaller families to stay comfortably together. We enjoyed our stay very much!
