We have just returned from a trip to Forio where we stayed in Marina's lovely apartment. The location of this apartment can not be beat. It overlooks the sea and is 2 minutes from the center of town. It was easy to find and Marina was great with communicating and met us at the port to show us the way to her place. The apartment is spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a sofa bed in the livingroom. There was enough space for all 5 of us to spread out or to get together and play games at the table in the dining area. The balcony is lovely but small. Some might think its quite noisy on the terrace but we are from Rome see are used to the street noise. We loved our stay in Marina's place. The reason for 4 stars is that the beds and pillows are quite hard (and we are not picky people) and the apartment is a bit dated in some parts. Otherwise, a great day and good value in Forio.

Marina met us in person to show us around her lovely apartment. It was very spacious - the terrace was great in the evenings to watch the nightlife of Forio port, lovely in the mornings to catch the sunrise coming over the mountain. We had all the amenities we wanted in the apartment, the a/c in each bedroom was ideal; there's probably not a better located apartment in Forio, the old piazza 20M to the back, the port directly in front. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is the second time we visit Forio, staying in Marina´s lovely and comfortable apartment. Marina is a wonderful, very kind and generous host, leaving breakfast things for us and a bottle of wine, awaiting us at the doorstep when arriving. The apartment is at the third floor from the seaside, with a beautyful view, but just at the first from the entrance, with very comforable stairs. The view from the balcony is stunning - as well in the morning as in the evening with sparkling lights from the little harbour and surrunding hills around the bay. The apartment is very well equiped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms have sound proof windows which asure you a good night´s sleep. The bed rooms at the back. You are coming to a real home when staying by Marina´s.

A very charmning and comfortable apartment with everything you could wish for. Marina is a very generous and friendly host offering us lots of things, and came special over from Neaple to meet us and to present her apartment to us. It is located very beautifully with a balcony with a wonderful view over the port and bay. There is some traffic beneath at the street but no problem for the nights - the are both shutters, soundproof windows and AC. The location and the view compensated this more than enough. We will surely come back to enjoy this beautyful island and lovely place.

Nice location, cosy but needs some renovation. Bathroom especially, but a friendly host on a fantastic island.
