Overall we had a lovely time at this air bnb! John was super responsive throughout the process and we loved the restaurants he recommended. We spent most of our time on the lovely lanai by the pool and had most meals at the table out there overlooking the canal. My husband and I stayed 5 nights with our two year old and parents and there was plenty of room for us all and lots of amenities (washer and dryer, beach towels, wagon, toys, life jackets) so that we didn’t need to pack too much. While it’s possible to walk to the public beach access (about a mile) with a little one it was much easier to drive and pay to park. Overall the house was clean (minus a few of the Florida bugs that sneak in when opening doors) but some things could use updating like the master bed (it sagged and felt broken) and cleaning out some of the broken pool/beach toys due to normal ware and tear.
We had a great stay at this home in April. The home had plenty of comfortable space to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space. The wall of sliding doors was awesome! We spent most of our time around the pool. One of the best surprises was a dolphin sighting in the canal. It was fishing in front of the house. One bummer was the noise ordinance. We were not to make any noise outdoors after 6:00. We travelled from WI to enjoy the outdoors and did our best to abide by this rule. One item I would suggest is a step stool in each bedroom as the beds are quite high for the vertically challenged. ;) It was difficult for a few shorter family members to get on the beds. The beds/pillows were super comfy. FYI If electronics aren’t working, check to make sure the item is plugged in. We did like the proximity to stores and restaurants.

John is a great host and very responsive. The home had plenty of amenities all described accurately. The weather wasn't the best, but nobody was bored. Great for adults and families. Highly recommend!!!
My family and I had a great stay. John thought of everything from a guest perspective. Instructions were clear, the pool was warm, and the house was nicely appointed. Every amenity was readily available ... bikes, bike locks, kayaks, beach items, any kitchen item you could think of, ... Thanks John!

We currently live on Marco Island, we love everything about it. We are an active family that loves to be outside. The family loves to go boating, the scene and wildlife is truly amazing. We are orignally from MN where most the family, lived since childhood. We love MN as well, it is a wonderful place in the summer... I am a licensed realtor in Florida and Minnesota, and have been the property management industry for 20+ years. I truly enjoy the process that goes into having guests enjoy their stay at our vacation home. It is fun to hear about their great vacations !
