The laundry on the first floor, only a box of detergent, no other disinfectant, visible, we use sheets and towels are not sterilized, the floor linking the bathroom and bedroom on the second floor has begun to mold, has a great smell, if you do not turn on the air conditioning, the smell will be greater, the bathroom has a bathtub, bathroom to stand inside, shower. The house has BTS when it's a little out of doors Don't check in.！！！不要入住！！！ 首先、这个房间的卫生条件特别差、其次、这个房东人品有问题！接下来我给大家介绍下我的入住体验！ 我是5月1号入住到5月8号离开！一共8天、明天收取了我100多元的人民币做服务费！这8天根本没有人给你任何服务！没有人打扫卫生、没有人给你换洗床单浴巾！ 这是一个loft 一进门！你就能看到一个放鞋子的鞋柜！上面堆满了用过的一次性拖鞋！都已经变黑了！没有看到新的拖鞋！厨房的抽屉里、盘子、刀具、已经落灰！橱柜里放了一大包垃圾！我入住的第一件事情 就是倒垃圾！一楼的洗衣房、只有一盒洗衣粉、没有任何其他的消毒用品、可见、我们用的床单和毛巾浴巾都是没有消过毒的,二楼的卫生间和卧室链接的地板已经开始发霉、有很大的味道、如果你不开空调的话、气味会更大、卫生间的洗浴间有个浴盆、洗澡要站在里面洗, 淋浴喷头不能固定在墙上、只能用一只手拿着、如果你是老人或者身体行动不便、会很麻烦、或者会有危险、卫生间没有电源、所以你洗完头发要到卧室或者一楼吹头发、房东只提供了6个简单的衣架！因为卫生太差、我自己买了毛巾、只在这里住了2个晚上、其余时间都是跑到朋友酒店睡的！房东提供的保险箱密码是不能更改的、这样的话、房间门的密码和保险箱的密码房东是都知道的！这样很不安全！ 还有最后一天退房的时间是中午11点、不像酒店一样是12点甚至更晚！ 11点房东会准时过来收房、这是我入住第一次看到他、等我收拾好行李快到电梯口的时候、他跑过来说、你是不是抽烟了？楼下的保安打电话过来举报你在房间抽烟、然后脸色特别难看的告诉我、这个事情是很严重的！需要罚款！我说，我从来不吸烟！他说你身上有烟味、我又走到房间门口让他闻、他转身问自己的同伴、有没有闻到房间有烟味、同伴说没有.房东笑着说；误会了、是保安搞错了、是对面邻居家抽烟了、然后走到邻居家门口闻了一下说；没有错就是他家！这个公寓的公共空间是没有窗户的、是开放式的、不可能有味道！ 房东说过、如果退房行李是可以放在公寓大厅寄存的、我到大厅寄存被告知没有这个服务！我就顺便问了一下抽烟投诉的事情、保安和前台表示没有这个事情发生、而且就算你抽烟在家里、或者走廊、他们也不会管的、所以是房东想敲诈你的钱！ 我晚上11；50的航班、又不能寄存行李、只能在30多度的室外拖着行李到处走、很可怜！ 所以不建议大家入住、去住酒店吧、至少、干净、安全，舒适！ 房子的有点出门就有bts
