Wij verbleven voor de tweede keer in het appartement. Heel aangenaam verblijf, prima bed, zeer goed uitgerust appartement en leuk terras.

We recently returned from a delightful trip to Paris, and Emmanuel's apartment truly enhanced our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this impeccably appointed space. It has everything you need for comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen, washer, and a charming balcony with stunning views of Parisian rooftops. The photos do not do it justice – the apartment looks much better in person. The neighborhood is lovely, with convenient access to local shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The proximity to multiple subway stations made exploring the city a breeze, with Paris's central attractions just a short ride away. We were particularly impressed by the seamless check-in process and the detailed instructions provided by our host. Emmanuel took the time to ensure we were familiar with all aspects of the apartment. Communication with Emmanuel was excellent, with rapid response times and easy accessibility. We will be recommending to stay here to anybody

Our family of four stayed at Emmanuel's place for a week during the holiday season. From the get-go, Emmanuel was very responsive and communicated everything clearly. When I had questions, he was quick to respond. When I asked for local recommendations as well as instructions for using the induction stove-top, both for which he responded with answers. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, so I recommend it for families who want to be away from all the commotion downtown. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and several metro stations on different lines are also conveniently located. The city view from the bedroom is quite nice, and one feels refreshed when gazing outside. There is one large queen size bed which can comfortably sleep two, another open up couch in the other bedroom which can sleep one (or two a bit snug), and a good sized leather couch in the living room on which an adult can sleep (which I preferred). The internet is fast. I was very pleased with the stay.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Haus. Der Standort ist auch super für mehrere Tage in Paris. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung und auch Emmanuel als Vermieter eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir nochmal zurück kommen sollten, würden wir sie wieder buchen.
