After a week in Oaxaca I was grateful to find this place for my last night in this busy city. Very cozy, clean spacious room and the rooftop patio is enjoyable. Breakfast is healthy and simple in a charming courtyard. I really like this quieter part of the city that’s easy walking to restaurants and coffee etc

I can only recommend staying here, and would love to come back! The staff was super friendly and helped with booking tours and taxis, the room was cleaned daily, and we loved the breakfast.

Casa Carlota es un lugar especial y maravilloso. Es un lugar que te hace sentir en casa, el desayuno es increíble hecho en el momento y adaptado a todas las dietas. Dulce y Hugo son maravillosos nos ayudaron con nuestros viajes a otros pueblos. Es un lugar muy agradable y el barrio es un sueño.

Just the most perfect spot! Just a beautiful, well decorated place and the staff are incredibly helpful. Oaxaca city centre is very walkable and the location of this airbnb is very close to the main church. The room is spacious with aircon and is cleaned everyday! Breakfast was authentic Mexican cuisine and was delicious and beautifully presented. You don’t get a key for the main door so you have to press a bell to be let in. The kitchen is only for staff use but they allowed us to use the fridge and the microwave. They have a lovely terrace with comfortable seating and tables just beware of the mosquitos! Overall I really recommend staying here, one of the most special places we stayed in during our 3 months in mexico!

We only stayed here one night but it was beautiful, clean and well worth the $. I could've easily stayed for more time. The staff were really helpful. We had to fly out really early so we couldn't make breakfast but they went out of their way to make sure we had coffee before our cab picked us up at 5:30 am. Overall very positive!
