It is a quiet nice place not far from restaurants. I had my scooter parked and it was quiet and clean. I could rest well. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Also very beautiful pond and interior.

My stay here exceeded my expectations! I stayed for over a week and I wish it would have been longer. The location is great, close to nice warungs and public transport, walking distance to the palace (20 mins), but still in a quiet street, so you don't get the noise from the busy avenue nearby. The room was comfortable and very private, nice ensuite bathroom with hot water and a nice balcony. Breakfast was nice and varied and you could always pick what you wanted for the next day (Indonesian and Western options). The pool area is really green and private, great for relaxing after a hot day. The best part was definitely the staff. Everyone is so kind, and Bella makes you feel at home from the moment you step in and throughout your stay. I would come back any time! Matur nuwun!!!

Very quiet neighbourhood! You won’t have to worry too much about noises from outside (obviously there will be some Muslim prayers every now and then, but that’s to be expected for most cities in Java!) I really enjoyed the breakfast at their place as I can just wake up, relax and get some work done while eating my breakfast. Ill also remember the best iced americano experience I’ve ever had! Thanks for that by the way Bella and co! Bella was also extremely helpful for helping me get a scooter to go around Jogjo. All around I’ll recommend anyone to chill here for their Jogjo trip!

Bella was by far the most helpful host I’ve met in my four years of traveling. She went out if her way to make sure I arrived and left Yogyakarta safely, and that I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is very close to the city center so I definitely recommend.
