A studio room apartment fully furnished located in the heart of Jogja City Center. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place as a perfect base for exploring the city. The place is near Malioboro, Beringharjo Market to buy traditional batik clothes, Sultan Palace of Keraton Yogyakarta, Taman Sari Water Castle, and Gudeg Traditional Food of Jogja. The simple place suited for travelers where situated in the famous city center and tourist places of Yogyakarta. We provide clean, safe, and adequately furnished studio apartment room with grey and brown batik designs. Our guests can feel cozy with the facilities that have been provided, a bedroom with a private living room, a bathroom, one queen-sized bed, air conditioning, blanket, towel, wardrobe with mirror, water dispenser, refrigerator, window, door room with the key, and WiFi internet access.

Very walkable! Nearby to restaurants and not too far from Maliboro Street. Also, it was nice that there was a water cooler in the apartment. Would stay again.

really clean place and very comfortable. very accessible and close to the railway station. bathroom was very clean. breakfast was left on the table outside my room and was very tasty with a very cute personalized note. host was very friendly and even knew a bit of English so communication was easy. had a very nice time there.

Our neighbor is very friendly with people. We are safe for everybody, guest, solo traveler, and travelers. It is suitable for your vacation and knows about the locals living in Yogyakarta, especially Javanese culture.
This place is near a sports field and a jogging place where our guests wanna exercise. Near the laundry shop to wash the dirty clothes. Near Post Office, Doctor's Clinic to health medicine and Police Station. Many street foods near this place, including juice stalls, Olive Fried Chicken, Okeiki Restaurant, and Waroeng Klangenan Yogyakarta.
