Sylvain’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to come home to after a long day of exploring the city. Sylvain was welcoming and quickly responded to all my questions and requests prior to arriving. Claire was welcoming as well! The location is close to the trains and public transportation, but since it was our first visit to Paris we utilized Bolt to travel to the different sites. We never waited for more than 3 minutes for a driver to arrive to pick us up at the apartment, which was really nice. Thank you, Sylvain & Claire!

Fin og rummelig lejlighed - ikke særlig fransk indretning - men med solide møbler og en dejlig stor seng. Lejligheden ligger ud til en gård, og er derfor mørk men også stille. Absolut anbefalelsesværdig og med en opmærskom vært, der svarer hurtigt :-) Det er altid dejligt at bo i nærheden af Canal St. Martin- og hvis man har brug for et break fra de hektiske og larmende gader er den smukke Parc des Butte de Chaumont kun 15 minutters gåtur derfra.

To była podróż poślubna syna z Zuzanną. Oboje wrócili bardzo zadowoleni:) Kontakt z Sylvianem był perfekcyjny od początku do końca. Duża przestrzeń apartamentu , cichutko, tak jak w opisie. Położenie bardzo dobre, blisko wszędzie, do piekarni, komunikacji i na spacer nad kanałem. Jacek z Zuzanną polecają apartament i Sylviana jako gospodarza! Pozdrawiamy Sylvian, dziękujemy za gościnę.

The description does not do the apartment justice, it is so well equipped with everything and more needed for a self catering apartment. Sylvain was very accomodating with our arrival and departure times and ensured everything was okay for us throughout. The apartment is on such a lovely street with great bakers, fishmongers and butchers along with bar/brasseries. the apartment is within walking distance of Gard du Nord and the metro is just minutes away. The apartment was very secure and private while still central for all attractions. We would not hesitate to return.

Un logement tout confort, situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité de métro. Lors du check-in, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Sylvain. Notre communication était parfaite. Bref, le séjour dans cet appartement fait partie des moments inoubliables à Paris pour moi et surtout pour ma mère!! Merci pour tout!
