This is an absolutely fantastic, quiet and peaceful place to stay. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The local bakery sells very tasty bread. If you enjoy hiking or biking, there are trails nearby. The cottage itself is very cozy and suitable for 1-2 people. There is a workplace with good Internet if you come for work. Also it has a safe parking space. The cottage has everything I needed and I enjoyed every day of my stay in this place. Chris is very friendly and he is always ready to help.

We enjoyed the location very much. Chris was a very good host. Everything we needed was attended to immediately and we certainly would go back there again.

This is a perfect condo for me to stay at when I come to visit my family. I was able to cook and grill which was a huge plus for me. There are two mini fridges so plenty of space for groceries. The place is cozy for sure. Bed is comfortable and neighborhood is very quiet at night. Close to downtown Los Gatos. Highly recommend for a single person or couple for long stay

I had a great ~3 month stay at Chris’ cottage for my Netflix internship. The cottage was a quick 7 minute drive from the office and surrounded by lots of restaurants. I particularly loved the greenery in Los Gatos as well. As a host Chris does a great job at communicating and being super responsive. The cottage was neat and clean on arrival. I had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

I had a great stay! Chris set up a time with me for key hand-off and to show me around the cottage. He was courteous and responsive by text when I had a question. (I only had one question, though! The instructions and local listings were very clear, and there weren't problems while I was there.) The cottage was well-appointed with essentials. The accommodations were exactly as described. It's a short drive from the downtown and is a few blocks from the highway, so perfect for a solo traveler or a couple visiting for work or sightseeing. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
