The apartment is very well-insulated and so extremely comfortable during all seasons! Cell phones may not work here, but there is total coverage of wireless internet and you can do wifi calling. The location is idyllic, in the Santa Monica mountains walking distance to backbone trail, 5 min to red rock and other awesome hiking trails. The world famous Inn of the Seventh Ray is just down the street, with fine dining next to a flowing stream. They have a wonderful Sunday brunch. ** PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT PERMIT CATS! There are so many beautiful beaches to choose from. We love to recommend Zuma beach for watching whales and dolphins, Surfrider & Leo Carillo for catching waves. El matador is a gorgeous beach with natural arches for a timeless California beach day, as well as Leo Carillo state beach. in Topanga we recommend the Inn of the Seventh Ray, Hidden Treasures (super funky vintage shop) and the lovely waterfall @ Jalan Jalan imports, all only a few minutes drive.
