Jason was a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with and responded very promptly to my questions. I had a snafu with the Wi-Fi in the morning for zoom meetings, but they were on top of it fast. The staff was warm, friendly flexible and understanding. I would highly recommend Hotel Anza to other guests. I certainly plan to be back.

Great place and located within old town Pasadena. It’s walking distance from most things. I will say that it’s off of the freeway and their windows are clearly older and maybe single pane because you can hear the traffic pretty vividly unfortunately. The front doors to the rooms are also pretty thin because I was able to hear every single person who walked by which was inconvenient since people are out and about into the wee hours and some wake up very early for check out. The windows and front door not being sound proof is the only con - especially for light sleepers. Everything else was great! Well designed, super clean and comfortable.

Anza hotel looked like the pictures when we pulled up. There were two ladies upon check in. One smiled and greeted the other looked as if she didn’t like her job. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Netflix didn’t work so my son put his on the tv. I tried to call and no one answered. Upon entering the room the window was cracked open and there were at least 10-15 huge mosquitos that I had to swat! I only spent a night there. I probably won’t be coming back.

We loved our stay here. Great decor. Clean, stylish and modern. The front desk attendant was so helpful and friendly. My daughter loved the pool. We loved that we could walk right out the front door and find Trader Joe's and lots of other restaurant options within a 1-2 minute walk. We would totally stay here again!
