Luxuriate in the fine interiors of this cozy estate perched on top of the hill. On all floors, you’ll get a stunning view of the ocean and the canyons of scenic Malibu. Unwind in a jacuzzi that gives you a charming view of the garden and the beach. Spend your evenings binge watching in a spacious, surround sound entertainment room. The home technology allows you to play your favorite music in any part of this 3-bedroom and a master suite home. Feel the ocean breeze as you drive down along PCH. The house has three levels. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom are all located on the main floor. The main floor also has a powder room. The master suite is on the third story. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the lower floor, as well as a washer and dryer and a large entertainment room for family nights. The bed configuration is as follows: 1 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom 2 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom 3 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom 4 Bedroom (Master): Cal King Bed with en-suite bathroom The fifth bathroom is a half bathroom and it is located on the main floor. If they put more details into the check in instructions, it would have saved us a world of stress. Like if they just said the driveway is immediately when you turn onto the street, that would help, because the gps didn’t bring us to the exact spot. It was dark, and the house and neighborhood has absolutely zero cell service. So then we found the driveway, and put in the gate code, and the gates not opening. We had no cell service so I couldn’t even log into air bnb to message the host or make a call or text. Complete disaster, very stressful. It ended up that you have to back the car way back from the gate so it opens. So when you stop the car and lower window to punch in the code, you then have to reverse 5 feet for it to open. Please just mention that in the check in instructions! But the house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the views are incredible, I would go back now that I know how to work the gate!
Property was exactly as advertised - it’s beautiful and we left wondering if it was an RH showroom. Great communication with Oraklus, would return again!

This property is absolutely stunning. Every detail thought of . We are travelers & frequently use Airbnb. This is by far the most beautiful well kept , well appointed comfortable stay we have ever had especially with this price point . Truly spectacular. No muss no fuss check in & out .
