Betty’s place was fantastic. The location, views and attention to detail were refreshing after a long day on the trails. It captured the moments of rest and reset with perfection. Betty is a gracious host and I will be back again!

Betty c'est tout d'abord une grande qualité d'accueil, une gentillesse naturelle. La maison en pierre est petite mais bien pensée, on s'y sent bien. Les 2 terrasses sont un plus indéniable, une côte sunset, l'autre côté sunrise, un éclairage extérieur plus puissant serait bienvenu. Le jardin est très agréable avec son ..."locataire" le roadrunner. Nous avons passé 5 jours insolites et très agréables.

This Casita was the perfect getaway for my trip to Big Bend. It had everything I needed to feel right at home. I was able to cook meals for myself at the end of the day, and enjoy beautiful views from both the front porch and the back patio. Betty is extremely friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to see around town. This was my second stay at one of her listings, and just as before, it did not disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in the desert.

Our stay at Betty's was incredible and one of our most memorable vacations. We were able to completely unplug looking at the stars on her back patio and by just being in the incredible historic space she renovated so beautifully. Highly recommend.

This cabin was clean and comfortable, with excellent views from front and rear patios. Great location for star gazing and convenient access to Big Bend National Park. We enjoyed the decor inside and appreciated Betty's prompt response if anything was needed. We definitely would stay here again.
