Weezie's Oceanfront Hotel is a boutique hotel with 13 rooms and 5 garden cottages. The Penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the building and is a spectacular unit with amazing 360 degree views of the Caribbean Sea. Weezie's is a full service hotel with an open air restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. We have massage service and offer fishing and snorkel Tours. The Penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the Hotel which provides a high level of privacy. There are fantastic 360 degree views of the Caribbean Sea, reef and island. One of the nicest aspects of the penthouse is the large 24 x 10 patio overlooking the ocean. The bedroom has a king bed with fine linens. The common area is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen sitting area and dining table. All three rooms in the Penthouse have views of the ocean.

Don’t hesitate! This place as beautiful as the photos plus everything a photo can’t capture. The local staff that works there will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The restaurant and bar has great food. Everything you want to do or see on the island is steps or a bike ride away. I will stay here again.
Everything was PERFECT and I couldn't recommend staying here more. Don't think -- just book! One of my absolute favorite vacations I've ever been on. Highly recommend the penthouse if you can book it.
It is hard to encapsulate my experience in just a few words- this beautiful resort and amazing staff blew my expectations out of the water. From the moment the taxi dropped us we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles by everyone we encountered. This hotel has the feel, decor and cleanliness of 5 star resort, but the humble and comforting service of a family owned boutique hotel- which it is! We had the pleasure of meeting and socializing with one of the owners and their adult daughter. I truly enjoyed learning about the history of the property and the family who built it from the ground up. I hadn’t originally realized from the Airbnb listing that I was reserving a room at a full service hotel-equipped with full service dining services and bar. Ana- the chef and server in the quaint dining room was probably the best treat of all! Our second night she cooked up some fresh fish caught that day by some other hotel guests and customized dinner for us! What a delight! We also enjoyed in-room massages from the staff masseuse which is not advertised on Airbnb but should be known- don’t miss this opportunity, they were fantastic. Bottom line, we loved it here so much that we tried cancelling our next accommodations so that we could stay longer. And we will DEFINITELY be back, and will be dreaming of Weezies until then.

Weezie's Ocean Front Hotel is located south of the main village towards the airport. It is a quiet section of the island and ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. It is one of the few areas on the island where there is not a road between the hotel and the beach. It is about a 15 minute walk along the beach to the center of town.
Caye Caulker is a small island. Everything is close and the primary modes of transport are by foot and bike. There are no cars or pavement on the island.The majority of the development is between the airport and the North tip of the south island which is called the Split, approximately 2 miles by .5 miles. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beach path to town. We have bikes for rent, $7.50 per day. Golf cart taxis are available, or there are golf carts to rent.

We have been in the lodging business 30 years primarily in Vail Colorado. We owned and operated the Minturn Inn for 10 years and most recently owned and operated Hotel Minturn. In conjunction with those we have run minturnrentals which specializes in vacation rentals in Minturn Colorado. 2009 we expanded to Caye Caulker Belize and now have 5 small vacation cottages and a boutique 12 unit Hotel, Weezie's Ocean Front Hotel and Garden Cottages. We have 3 grown children and love escaping the cold Colorado winter for some warmth and sunshine in Caye Caulker
