Apartamento conforme o descrito, muito agradável e em um bairro muito amigável. Ficamos 45 dias e não tivemos nenhum problema com o apartamento, inclusive tinha tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia longa.Tudo funcionou conforme o descrito no anúncio.

Alessandra was such a lovely host! Upon arrival, the apt was very clean! There was water & extra beverages in the fridge. She showed me around and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Fresh sheets and towels weekly, and a very comfortable bed and pillows! The apt faces a small courtyard, which is something to consider if you prefer facing street or courtyard. It has decent natural light but is close to other apts, I prefer to avoid having people be able to look into my living space so I kept the shutters closed the entire time. Something to consider for your personal preference, especially if you need privacy and natural light. Also, if you are an early sleeper - the trash and recycling is right below the apt and you can hear the bottles get disposed of in the bins up till 9pm sometimes. Overall very quiet! Love the location, close to supermarkets, and you are a 10-minute walk from Lima or Porta Venezia metro stop. It is a very safe street & lovely for evening strolls! Enjoy!!!!!

Luca’s bike studio became like our home away from home in Milan. Great location, very walkable to central going on’s and many cafe’s and restaurants. The apartment itself is very tidy, the bed and bedding is super comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need and we loved the towel heater right next to the shower. Luca is fantastic host, very accommodating, friendly and responsive! We left full of wonderful memories over the New Year celebration days and will return to the bike studio whenever we are in Milan. I just hope there’s availability.

Luca and Alessandra are standout hosts - attentive, responsive, and exceedingly accommodating, setting a warm tone for our stay. Their flat is a gem, offering a comfortable and stylish place to call home. The bed deserves a special mention; it was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of Milan’s landmarks. Our time here was nothing short of delightful, and we’d recommend this flat to anyone seeking an authentic and cozy Milanese experience.
