Beautiful home and fabulous beach! this is the place to relax. athens is a short 40-60 minute drive depending upon traffic. the town/village is less than 3 miles from the home. there is complete privacy in the home and on the various patios, back yard sitting areas. the property is absolutely beautiful. coffee, basic kitchen items and home necessities were stocked. the hosts, peter and angie, were present to greet us upon check in and after showing us around the property they offered to take us on a short tour of the town. this was much appreciated, along with the clear instructions and restaurant/activities recommendations left in the home. there is a gardener who comes daily and an optional housekeeper. the house and yard were spotless during our entire stay. the restaurant recommendations were excellent. peter and angie were responsive anytime we contacted them and they encouraged us to contact them with any questions, etc. highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay at this place: its location in front of the sea, the proximity from Athens & how well equipped the house was…. The house was super clean (our compliments to the housekeeper) & the fridge more than well stocked (our compliments to whoever had made that delicious spinach soufflé!). The host was very responsive (e.g. the TV in the ground floor bedroom was not working and within a day, a new decoder was bought & installed) & accommodating (e.g. as there were no guests arriving on our departure date, we enjoyed a late check out, making the most of that day too). The best thing of the house is the outside space (a huge garden with direct access to the sea, that allows being in & out of the sea virtually all day) & a fully equipped kitchen / living room (that provides all the comfort for a family to prepare meals & snacks at home). We hope to be back!

This is a gorgeous space in an even more beautiful location. We enjoyed spending time, with our son, on the beach. The property is well appointed with plenty of room for a large family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for some beach-front downtime.
