We had a lovely October stay at Andreas’ villa. It has a large, pretty garden with a tennis court and pool. The pool is a bit chilly in October but we still made use of it and the sea at the back of the house was much warmer! The location is within striking distance of several historical sights including Corinth and Mycenae. And it is a short train ride into Athens to visit the Parthenon. We enjoyed kebabs from the local Psistiri souvlaki bar and a couple of lovely meals at the Hotel Cokinnis. All in all a great break with beautiful autumn sun.

Andreas war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Pool, Strand, Meer und Tennisplatz waren die Highlights. Für unseren gehbehinderten Sohn war es ein großer Vorteil, dass alles ebenerdig und barrierearm erreichbar war.

Nice house and excellent location with beautiful garden and beach with clear water just outside the garden gate (mostly stones, but some sandy patches can be found). The pool looked great too, but was too cold for us (in October). The sea was nice, though. Very pleasant host. And very helpful. Be advised that the water is from a tank that is refilled by truck (not through regular water pipes). There is drinking water with cooler – but if showering and doing dishes in “tank water” throws you off, then you should take notice. Also, be aware that there is no microwave oven. Most people are so used to a microwave as standard, they may not notice that it is missing from the list of inventory 😉 The description says 2½ bathrooms, but be aware that one bathroom is outside by the pool with no real privacy. Inside, it’s 1½ bathroom. Lastly, be aware that there is no garbage disposal at the house, so you have to bring the garbage with you to a dumpster (there is one by the restaurant, below). Great restaurant on the beach within walking distance (800 m). Out of season they are only open on weekends, but if you are a larger party, you can arrange for them to open on weekdays as well (at least we could). From nearby Isthmia, you can take a boat through the Korinth Channel – and many other sights are within driving distance. 5 minutes drive to nearest (bigger) supermarket, 2 minutes drive to small supermarket.

It was an amazing vacation! Absolutely gorgeous garden with a huge territory with soft grass and big pool. You can spend time playing basketball or making barbecue. Sea is about 50 meters from the house, and its so clean and lonely so you can enjoy it absolutely! The house is very safe for kids. We appreciate Andreas for the hospitality and we'd like to recommend this place for vacation for everybody!

Great place to stay. The pool, the garden, the sea, the barbeque - everything is like in the pictures and it's a perfect house for a stay i Kinetta. We were two families with four kids (5y - 8y) staying for a week and we all loved it. It was everything we hoped for. And our host was so nice and helpful during our stay.
