This tour was great! The bus was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel had an amazing view. Do make sure they book the guide named "Chai"! She was so great. She made sure we saw the real sapa an showed us a hiking tour no tourist would go normally. We took a different incredible route. NOTE: In the description it says your being brought to the cat cat view hotel but we had to take a taxi to the hotel from the busstation.

The trip to Sapa was a great experience! We were collected from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter in the morning and brought to a big bus with very comfy seats. The journey took a few hours, but was fine. When we arrived we were surrounded by the local people who wanted to sell stuff and would not easily give up. But there was someone waiting for us from the Hotel, holding a sign with my name. We could follow him for a short walk to the Hotel. Our room had a great view over Sapa. We got Lunch and Dinner as part of the package. But the Best was our personal Guide ZaaZaa who was local and had a great english and was a great chat. She gave us a lot of insights on how they live and think and showed us different homestays during the two trekkings tipps. She also adjusted the routes to our needs and was patient when we took a million pictures.
