Ideal bed for a few nights budget accommodation. Good base to explore Brighton. Close to London Rd shops, cafe's, pubs, restaurants, Duke of Yorks Cinema, Preston Par, North Laine. Guests must have a fully completed profile, good reviews and a clear accurate photograph before I am able to accept a booking. Useful information: Entrance to property is down a few steps. Cabin bed with built in step ladder raised aprox 1m from floor. Not recommended for guests taller than 6ft or of larger build. Room has window which looks onto private patio garden and in close proximity to bathroom. No shared social spaces. My approach is hands off and I don't socialise with my guests. Shared facilities are with myself and sometimes my boyfriend. We are discreet and will respect your privacy.
