Quinovic Viaduct is a property manager of quality privately owned apartments & houses available for short-term leases in the Auckland CBD district and nearby suburbs. All properties are furnished to a high standard, have free unlimited internet, TV, and power and are serviced weekly, including a complete linen change. The minimum stay is three days, although some properties are limited to seven due to either body corporate rules or owners' conditions. Bookings are taken up to 3 months in advance (no further out due to our management contract with the owners). The apartments listed are only a selection of our portfolio - please feel free to send an enquiry if you can't find a suitable property.
