What do you recommend on arrival day to Aria Ocean from the airport?
I would stop by the loft and leave luggage first. Then, I would go to the Mega (like a Walmart) and get groceries, snacks, and drinks. They also have a section of cooked foods, which I recommend for your first day. The Mega is close by. A taxi can take you there for about $5 USD.
Will there be a safe in the room for our valuables?
Yes, we have a small safe.
Will there be beach towels in the room?
Yes, we provide two beach towels.
Is the water safe to drink?
I recommend buying a 5-gallon water at the entrance (security gate). We provide you with water to get you by for a day or two.
Do you have a washer and dryer at the facility?
Yes, we have one set of a washer and dryer, but it is only available for stays longer than one week. However, we will make exceptions as necessary.
Are all cooking and kitchen utensils supplied?
Yes, the kitchen is supplied with the basics for a comfortable stay. Keep in mind that the kitchen is not a professional chef's kind of kitchen.
Will my cell phone work in Mexico?
I can't speak for every phone company, but I can share my experience with you. I have T-Mobile service and was able to change my current plan to a plan called something like "North America Plan" at no extra cost. With this plan, I was able to make and receive calls while I was in Mexico, just as if I was in the US. I recommend making calls with WiFi while in the building.
I will be staying for 30 days. How often will the room be cleaned and resupplied with fresh linens during our stay?
Short answer: I only charge $25 USD for one cleaning and one set of linens. Let me explain why. Airbnb does not give me the option to charge cleaning according to the number of nights, so it is a bit challenging for me to include multiple cleanings on lengthy stays and still keep good prices for other guests on short stays.
With that being said, this is what I can offer you: I will provide fresh linens and towels once a week at no charge. Extra cleaning is available for $20 USD each time.
I am coming from the airport. What is the exact address of the apartment?
You don't really need an exact address. Just tell the cab driver to take you to Aria Ocean in Nuevo Vallarta. It should be about a 20-minute drive.
Is there parking available if we decide to get a car rental?
Yes, parking is available.
How far away are restaurants and a grocery market?
The grocery market is a 4-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk. Some people walk to the Mega supermarket (like a Walmart) in the morning and come back in a taxi so they don't have to carry their groceries back to the condo.
There are a couple of restaurants in the mall in Nuevo Vallarta, which is a 5-minute drive.
There are more restaurants in Bucerias, which is a 10-minute drive. Some people walk along the beach to Bucerias, which is a 30-minute walk. Once in Bucerias, all restaurants are within walking distance.
Another thing you may want to consider is using a taxi. The cost of getting around is between $5 to $12 USD and taxis are quick to respond.

Aria Ocean is located only a few minutes from Bucerias, bus service is frequent to and from Puerto Vallarta and local areas. Taxis are available 24 hours. Service can be contacted through security at the front gate. It takes a few minutes for taxis to arrive.
