Lucia as a host was excellent, always responsive and never any issues with communication. The location was nice, beautiful beach although if you want to dine in any restaurants will need a car or taxi which wasn't really an issue for us. The main pools were very nice with lots of seats available to lounge in the sun. The apartment itself needs maintenance, a few stains on the furniture and some small rips and tears, the showers leaked water and needed to place towels on the floor to catch it whenever they were used, the drains in the floors always had a sewer smell which is was unfortunate and no doubt little could be done to fix this particular issue. With a few simple repairs, some paint, and other cosmetic fixes the condo would be stunning as the outside space and private pool were phenomenal.
