This stunning double-height Penthouse is located on the tenth floor of an exquisite beachfront condominium in Nuevo Vallarta. With an elevator for added convenience, this beautiful property spans an area of 122.57 square meters. Featuring two bedrooms with the highest quality mattresses and a small service room, this Penthouse offers an unparalleled lodging experience. The main bedroom, with its comfortable King size bed, dressing room and full bathroom, also features a Smart TV. The secondary bedroom, on the other hand, has a Queen size bed, a single bed, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom. This apartment also has a service room with a sofa bed and a full bathroom. It has three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-door refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, and everything needed for cooking. The apartment also has a dining room, a living room that converts into a comfortable King size bed, another Smart TV in the living-dining room, and a washer-dryer. The resort is amazing. Truly a 5 star facility. The beach is beautiful with so many palapas and even padded lounges. The main pools are so serene, and they have a beautiful rooftop all glass that gives you a view forever. The pools at the rooftop are heated perfectly. No adjustment to cold at all, perfect for kids and lounging. Nice shallow ledges and platforms to sit, and the depth is shallow to stand in. Even a bar with pool service is there. And the cabanas are like what you would spend hundreds on in Vegas to rent-fully adjustable padded loungers, lovely furniture and couch’s. The restaurant is beautiful also with amazing outdoor sitting areas. The walking path out front is smooth and goes for miles. In the condo is comfortable seating on the glass front deck, and inside. The master has a giant window with an incredible view. The remote controlled blinds cover the floor to ceiling windows, and a large couch you can have family movie night. The appliances are great

We had a fabulous stay. Jaime was very responsive to our concerns. The views as stated by others are amazing. We found the beds comfortable and were pleased that the a/c worked well. There is a bit of wear and tear on the unit: walls are scuffed, the hand towel rack in the master was loose and as well as the toilet seat. All could be easily remedied.

This home is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. You have a great view of the ocean and mountains from the balcony. The home was clean and had plenty of dishes, I would suggest bringing your own washcloths as none were provided. There are beach towels for each guest and a cooler for the beach. It is a 18 minute drive from Nayarit to the airport, about a 35 minute drive to the nightlife in Puerto Vallarta. There is a restaurant onsite that opens at 9am, the coffee and salmon bagel were excellent. I would easily recommend this home and stay again!!
