De ensueño, mi familia me dió la confianza de buscar el hospedaje en Vallarta y quedaron fascinados con esta elección. Increíble ubicación, increíbles instalaciones, increíble atención, increíble todo, ya conocemos la ciudad entonces pudimos disfrutar todo el departamento y las áreas comunes que también están súper bien. The condo is located in Nuevo Nayarit amongst many all inclusive resorts. The condo manager and the entire facility’s care and attention is outstanding. (Pablo is fabulous!). It felt safe and private… the beach is beautiful. The pool outside is well managed and beautiful. The staff and location make this a wonderful retreat for aa group of 3-8 people. The views are breathtaking! Whales, water, sunsets! Some of items on the rooftop are a bit weathered (happens at the beach) and the wifi isn’t great. Come prepared with your tunes on your phone and a good speaker for music when on the roof! Tip- stop at the market on your way in and get groceries… there’s a grocery store just a few miles away. Make sure Ubers and drivers know where they are taking you. We used the Marival resort as our compass, because the drivers knew it. No one really knew villa Kite and maps was also incorrect. We had one evening where we took for granted the address was all we needed to get home.

Don’t really know where to start. When renting a luxury penthouse you would expect a luxury experience but it was anything but. There is a LAUNDRY list of issues. The home is one of the worst maintained homes we have ever rented and we use AirBNB 3-4 times a year. There were safety issues, pool was unusable due to algae, broken tiles, and huge cockroaches all over. On the inside door handles were coming off the doors, broken cabinets in kitchen, window tint was peeling, broken appliances, fridge wasn’t working so they told us to reduce the amount of food inside, screws sticking out of the couch would seriously hurt someone, and the deferred maintenance was so bad that it made the penthouse feel cheap & hard to enjoy. Of course the saving grace is the AMAZING Views from all of the windows and easy access to the beach. It could be an exceptional property with a little bit of upkeep. Oh and the WIFI ONLY WORKED THE FIRST DAY- so we could not work, turn on the TV. the host was responsive.
