The hosts were very pleasant and responsive. We felt very much welcomed. The kitchen was clean and in good shape to prepare meals. The location of the home was under 10mins from Interlaken West Train Station. There are loads of food outlets (halql options too), Co-op hypermarkets and shops selling good quality souveniers within the vicinity - including Swatch, Lindt and Ladarach. The place was safe enough to wander about; even at night. All in all, I would recommend staying there for future visitors! 😊

Gabriela's apartment was lovely. very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Gabriela and Thomas were very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. They were so kind to welcome us earlier than check-in timing. Apartment was nice and quiet. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you Gabriela and Thomas!

Gabriela's place was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to fix some meals which was appreciated after spending a week eating too much heavy food in Vienna. My daughter especially enjoyed the tub! It was typical November rainy and foggy weather but we had one gorgeous day and waking up to that view of the mountains was spectacular. The elevator was very nice to have with luggage and plenty of space for boots, coats etc. Only very slight issue was the internet was spotty, but Gabriela restarted it quickly when I reached out and that helped. Highly recommend!

Gabriela's place is a spacious appartment ,very well located close to the Interlaken West station.Gabriela made sure that the appartment was ready by 2pm when we arrived,as well as personally showed us the entire appartment.The kitchen is very well stocked with more than all the basic amenities needed.The bathroom were clean with heated flooring,but the shower area needs a little redo.The furniture is basic and beds were comfortable.There are 2 balaconies with lovely views and sit outs.There are lots of shops and restaurants ,only a few minutes away.There was road construction going on when we stayed,which was a little annoying,but guess will get over soon.We would definitely stay here again.Thank you Gabriela for renting us your appartment
