What an absolute gem of a place , beautiful location, clean, warm & with everything thought of to have a lovely stay .. The perfect place with lovely hosts. Thank you for all the homemade treats & use of Spa ( which was welcomed after a long morning walk ) We will be back & will highly recommend to friends :)

I had a wonderful stay at Julie's place. The guest suite is simply impeccable: extremely clean, high-end furnishings, very comfortable bed, the list could go on. I was particularly impressed by all the small, thoughtful details that often get overlooked in guest rentals. Here you'll find coat hooks where they should be, ample closet space, cozy places to sit, and a bed with linen that is more comfortable than most hotels. I personally found the location to be ideal, since it allowed me to get to fell walks and the restaurants of Keswick with equal convenience, while having the peace and quiet of a smaller village. Simply put, it's one of the best airbnbs that I've stayed in. I hope to be able to return!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Orchid Grove, the annex. Lovely clean place, had a variety of breakfast items that was left for us, really nice touch. Very friendly host and easy to communicate, we also had the access to use the spa facilities at Underscar manor which we fully enjoyed! Great location, just outside Keswick. For anyone that likes to hike, we found a Wainwright at the foot of the Annex, short walk through Braithwaite so was really pleased with that! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again on our next trip to the lakes. Thanks so much Julie 😊
