Nicolas’ place is wonderful! Very clean and spacious, well furnished, and nicely designed. The night sky is beautiful. The location of the house is quiet and peaceful. I appreciated all the accommodations and utilities. Nicolas is very responsive and helpful in helping us to navigate around the house. There is also a detailed manual for the stay.

Nicholas' home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Finding it by car can be a little tricky, but Nicholas sent proactive and very helpful instructions for driving there. We were a group who were working in the area, and this home proved the perfect respite after a long day of work. Amazing views, very quiet, and incredibly relaxing.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to decompress for a week, and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a comfy home that’s easy to settle into. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the amazing views. We were happy we could bring our pup, who loved exploring the grounds. Nic was a really accommodating, responsive, generous host. It’s important to note that the property is in a rural area, approximately 45 minutes from civilization. That’s exactly what we wanted, so we were thrilled. Lake San Antonio is surprisingly lovely for walking. We had a fantastic week and appreciated Nic’s accommodations.

We had an annual gathering of college buddies here for New Years. We had plenty of space to visit, cook, and relax. The place was easy to find and all of the amenities worked well for us! I was especially happy with the well-appointed kitchen.

The House: 1. The house was extremely clean, very well kept and had all the necessary things needed in the kitchen as well as for the BBQ outside. Also, there were extra towels in the hallway closet. 2. The location is very nice, private and has trails and other nature activities in the surrounding areas. 3. The house is big enough for a large group. The Host: 1. Nicolas was very responsive and clear with his communication right from the time of booking till the end of our stay. 2. He provided clear instructions for the address, the WiFi, etc. 3. He was available over text as well as over a phone call when needed. 4. We had small issue with hot water during our stay and Nicolas had a sense of urgency and after confirming showed up at the place in the early morning hours to fix the issue. He also waited outside in the car for some time after the issue was fixed to make sure everything was ok. 5. He was kind enough to offer a refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you Nicolas 🙂.
