Our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking beauty that surrounded us both in nature and the villa itself. Every evening ended with pool time with a magnificent view of amazing sunsets. The description and pics are spot on! The drive up to the villa is an adventurous drive but after you do it once it is no problem, you will drive steeper roads on the island. It’s easily manageable for any experienced driver. The views from the villa are incredible and waking up to those views from every room in the house is magnificent! Lynn the property manager was available at a moments notice for any questions, recommendations or if we needed anything. We rented a car from Jerry’s and had it delivered to the villa and then had Taxi George meet us at the ferry dock and drive us to the villa for the first time. THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!! That way you get a quick tutorial on finding the villa and a lesson on how to drive up to the villa.

Place is exactly as pictured. Located high up with wonderful daytime and sunset views. Generously sized porches and pool is nice if you use, though I prefer the ocean. Rooms are appropriately sized and private with corresponding bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need as well. Host is very informative and helpful. One thing missing from the past reviews tho are the roosters. They will start roosting around 5 and continue intermittently until 9. This will interrupt the sleep of even the hardest sleepers. Even the shutters can’t block out the noise.

This place was a dream come true. Incredible views, incredible pool, ventilation, comfy, spacious, and of course - the hosts are wonderful. Excellent communication and help with your stay. I’ve been on many surf trips with my buddies before, and pelican peak made this our favourite trip by far! Love you guys!

We stayed at PP for two weeks and hated leaving. It’s hard to praise it enough. Perfect for what we were looking for. Willem the owner could not have been more helpful and informative. Lynn the property manager was ALWAYS responsive to any request. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for a great beach day. Like I said, we hated leaving but in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, I’ll be back.
