The cottage was private and parking was close so unloading luggage was a breeze. It was the prettiest house on the street and easy to find. There were basic spices and condiments including coffee, cream, etc. in the large kitchen. The cottage was spacious and very well laid out. Everything was in working order and there were plenty of hangers! We loved the huge walk-in shower and there was plenty of space to put all our toiletries. The toilet flushed quickly and efficiently which is unusual in older homes in Florida. We never had an issue with anything breaking or not working properly. The heating/air took some figuring out on our part (he runs cold, I run hot) but we got it right with the addition of the ceiling fans so we didn't kill each other. The yard is filled with flowers, trees, butterflies, birds and two chickens who are entertaining. We made friends with Charlotte the beagle and she would visit us so we could get our dog "fix." OH...the bed was great!

My stay was for a family medical crisis, not a vacation. Patty was responsive, helpful, and kind. Enjoyed picking mulberries for my dinner!

We had a wonderful stay at Patty's cottage, which is in a beautiful setting and has everything we need and more! This was our second stay, and the cottage has become a "home away from home" for us. Patty and Tom are superb hosts, and Charlotte, the Beagle mix, is absolutely precious. Love picking mulberries from the Mulberry tree just behind the cottage. And the old district (within walking distance) has lots to offer; great restaurants and shops. We look forward to our next stay, and recommend Patty's cottage without reservation!

This our fifth year with Patty, and we definitely plan to return. Patty and Tom treat their guests like friends, not like customers. They are helpful and accommodating in every way. Super Hosts!

Pattys cottage is our go to place every year when we come to Florida to visit family. We got there really early and Patty said we could get in at anytime. We got up at 2:30 am to start our journey so this was so much appreciated. This is a perfect place to stay. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance
