The house is beautiful. Trullos are a unique experience and very comfortable even for a large group (15). There are plenty of amenities to make the stay very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Where do I start? This place is an actual slice of Southern Italian heaven. We visited as a group of friends and family - 14 adults and 2 children - and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We met with Paolo on arrival who gave us the guided tour of the villa and where to access everything - he made it super easy and he gave us several recommendations for everything we would need - local restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. - just incredibly helpful. Theresa also visited us and was a total joy - she cooked for us one evening and it was delicious. She also did a pasta making class with some of us and it was so special. The Trulli itself is stunning and it's lovely to have your own space (the Trullis feel like individual mini apartments) and then having the large kitchen and lounge to congregate in - was just perfect. The pool area and outside areas are also great and huge! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Gorgeous location also - Ceglie Messapica has our hearts! :)

the most amazing villa we have had ever stayed in. when arriving at the villa we had paolo who speaks excellent English and Teresa who speaks excellent Italian meet us at the villa. they both gave us a quick tour. we had 7 couples and each couple had their own bathroom and little trulli which was great for privacy. the villa had everything you would need in the kitchen. aswel as a coffee machine and ice machine which was a bonus. the pool area was everything you could dream of and more. Teresa was amazing and cooked a beautiful Italian feasted for all 14 of us. paolo was amazing with communication and assisting us with anything we needed. the house had aircon in every room which is great for the warm weather. would definitely stay again we can't thank both Teresa and paolo for their kindness.

Wonderful accommodations in a private and quiet area about a five minute drive to the town of Ceglie Messapica and 20 minutes to Ostuni. Large property with huge swimming pool and lots of patios and spaces. Modern kitchen with gas stove and two tables with chairs connected to large living room area. Four independent unites each with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and various bedrooms. Excellent base for exploring the area and if you have a large family, or are several couples vacationing together. Teresa who manages the place is very responsive and kind (only speaks Italian, so a language app is a plus) and Paolo (who speaks good English) we’re very helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

We found our stay disappointing. Communication at check-in was very hard - It was a different person to the airbnb contact who spoke no english and didn't have all the details. Check-in took nearly an hour as there was no online or physical guide - the owner insisted on walking through every room and explaining everything in Italian even though we did not understand - translate apps only go so far - a proper guide book/manual would be much better like other Airbnb's. Most of the plates, glasses, cutlery etc were dirty even though they were in the cupboards so we had to rewash everything. The property is much older than the photos and needs maintenance. The hot water ran out every morning even though the property is meant o be for 16 people and we were half that. We also had to take all the rubbish to communal bins which requires a 5 minute car trip with the rubbish. Lastly the owner came back during our stay to collect some of her washing - this was very strange and inconvenient.
