I was made very welcome by James. He has a lovely home and I would stay there again no bother. Very happy I chose this place. Definitely recommend!

I honestly can say that James' house was one of the best places I have ever stayed! Dunboyne is a lovely town with plenty of shops nearby. The bus stop is very close to the house and travelling is easy - e.g. bus #70 goes to Dublin city in less than an hour (40-50min) and there is a train station closeby. James' house is VERY clean - I can vouch for it as a person with mild OCD! The house offers everything one can ask for. There was literally everything I needed for my stay. Last but not least, James is a person with a heart of gold. I felt so welcomed from the moment I communicated with him. He kindly picked me up from the airport during a weekday and did not hesitate to help me settle in. He gave me lots of tips around the area and showed me the shops etc. James is living proof of Irish friendliness and hospitality. I am forever grateful for his kindness.

There is no hotel on this world that can compare with anything that I had at James's home. 5 stars for this accomodation are just not enough. House is beautiful,always tidy and clean. Location is great,only 10 minutes walk to the bus station,and the train station is also very near. Whole neighbourhood is very peacefull and quite,so If you want peace and quite and relaxing place-this is perfect. Also if you love nightlife and beer and want to experience real Irish life-there's a lot of amazing local pubs also 10-15 minutes of walk. The best thing is that James is so friendly and happy person who was always there to help and he made everything simple! Thank you James!

James is the perfect host. He made my time in ireland incredible. He was not only my flatmate (an amazing one), he became also my good friend. I enjoyed my time and i have nothing else to say than thank you James!!!!! :)
