Our rustic family house on Atlantic Beach, designed by my grandmother to accommodate a large number of people to gather and enjoy the beach, has been the favorite place for my family for the last 55 years. The house is charming, but old and we are winding down rentals soon. We will rent it for, at most, two weeks per year beginning in 2024. If you like interesting but rustic, you would probably like our house. If you want someplace modern and sterile, you can easily find it elsewhere. NOTE: Discounts start at 5 nights. Make sure to ask about the discount if you're staying 5-6 nights. (The weekly price already has the discount.) Our house on the beach was designed to accommodate a very large number of people. Although it says it sleeps 12, it can sleep as many as 14 without pullout sofas or cots. The bedrooms are small and the gathering areas are large. The living/dining room has a table that can seat at least 10, a TV area, and a sitting area that can seat 10.
