We chose this as a home to gather for Thanksgiving. We were 4 families and 3 generations. The house was perfect for us, spacious with more than enough bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers were perfect for making large dinners. We especially enjoyed the TV Den on game day and the pool table. There are 4 floors, but there is an elevator for those with difficulty or for loading. It's right on the water front, and the beach was peaceful this time of year. We booked through airbnb without realizing this was a Vacasa listing. There were some mistakes, like they told me I would receive a door code, but when I called found I had to pick up a welcome packet. Airbnb said there was a heated pool, but in the vacasa listing, heatingis extra. However, upon check out the manager was there and he was very understanding and nice. Next time, I will book directly with the local property manager. Highly recommend the house but not booking through airbnb next time.
