Kiki met us and was really welcoming and full of info. She responded when we needed. We loved our Garden terrace room with its afternoon sun. We enjoyed getting to know other guests who were all respectful and interesting. Location was great.

Sending a big thank you to KiKi, an absolute gem of a co-host. She went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed, always sweet, friendly, and responsive. She truly made the entire experience worth every penny. The 300-year-old genuine Portuguese townhouse is a masterpiece. From the wooden floors to the exquisite ceiling craftsmanship, and the charming French doors and windows, it felt like stepping back in time. My room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden was the perfect spot for morning coffee, even amidst the rain. If I ever find myself back in Porto, there's no doubt I'll be staying with them again

The hose and room were much colder than the outside temperature. At first, room smelled strongly of freshener then as it warmed up, there was an odd smell. I noticed black mold in the room and bathroom and I also noticed that the duvet smelled "manly" and informed Kiki in house. I was told they would give me new duvet. That never happened. Moved out early to a spacious, warm, spotless 5 star hotel (yes, you read that right) for a mere $28 more per night.

Die Unterkunft liegt super und ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse war super schön. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber als ich ankam und im Badezimmer ist Schimmel und es kamen Ameisen, ich hoffe, dass sie das für die nächsten Reisenden beheben! Die Kommunikation mit Kiki war auch, wenn auch etwas verzögert und insgesamt hätte ich mir auch mehr Informationen erwartet. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr ordentlich und hat ausreichend Stauraum für eigene Zutaten geboten. Leider wurden die Tischdecke und das eine Geschirrhandtuch während meines Aufenthaltes (8 Tage) nicht getauscht. Es wäre super, wenn das öfter gewechselt werden würde.
