we enjoyed our stay. kitchen was fully furnished with dishes and other appliances. the house is walking distance from lake. would book again if I am in the area.

Sunny Days Estate is lovely! We were visiting the area for a wine tour and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was a few minutes from the main drag of Kingsville (where all the great restaurants are) and contained all of the amenities that we wanted including a beautiful pool and hot tub. Vik was very communicative and even left us a box of goodies from a nearby bakery. I highly recommend Sunny Days Estate. We will definitely book again!

Great place with a ton of features. Vik was accessible throughout and gave us good insight as to the Kingsville area. Home is maintained well and situated in a good location.
