Corrie’s place was great. The location and the private beach were amazing. We found so much sea glass. Just bring beach shoes for the rocks. The house is huge , three stories so everyone has their own space if you just want to go rest or watch Tv. We rented golf carts and drove all over the island. The dining room and table were perfect for all of us to grill out and have a great dinner. We will definitely be back next year.

Did not meet expectations. The size was great and a very unique home design. We enjoyed the layout of the home but it was very dirty and needs renovations. Almost no outlets worked in the entire house. Fridge at the bar area does not work. Remotes for the tv did not work. Fans need adjusted to stick to the ceiling. Spiders, centipedes, other bugs and webs everywhere. Seemed like they were there for a long time and was not cleaned for some time. Could have at least bug bombed the home before we got there. Air conditioner only cools about 2-3 rooms in the whole house and needs a filter change. Could not use the deck due to not being cleaned. The entire house need major renovations. For paying the price that we did we expected a great experience and only had a mild one. The stay overall was not bad but with the issue with cleanliness really made it an issue. Can’t recommend until renovations are made and place is cleaned. Has potential to be a really great location.

The house was great! So spacious and we loved the huge deck and private beach. It definitely could have used a good deep cleaning as you can tell (especially in the bar room) that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The kitchen was stocked with most things listed on the description, except we ran out of garbage bags and the seasonings were super old. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels which we appreciated! The AC didn’t cool down the bedrooms too well, but the provided box fans did the job. The only issue we had was there was flooding in the dining room right by the steps to the upstairs and in the bar room. The standing water lasted the three days we were there and one of our kids actually slipped in it and fell (not a huge deal but definitely a safety hazard to be warned about). The location was a little far to walk to downtown or anywhere else, but a rental golf cart made it a non-issue. Overall we were happy with our stay!

We had a Family Reunion at Kelleys Island and a bunch of us rented homes. We had the best time right on the lake, doing fire pits, making s’mores etc. Great gathering spot. All the reviews I read were accurate. Just make sure to bring bc a crockpot if you cook wkth one. They didn’t have one there. And we needed to buy more BIG tins for the dinners we made. But, the house had all the other essentials. Loved our time there. And Corrie was very responsive to a few needs we had early in the trip and helped us. ❤️

Very high fees unnecessary don’t understand high cost water never hot in spite of complaint which was attended too but never fixed
