Hot Tub/Spa (Open all year long EXCEPT for January and February!) **** Seasonal 7 Night 57% Discount 6/7-8/22/24**** The Property is available to rent for any TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with the following TWO (2) EXCEPTIONS: 1. During the Summer Season for the NIGHTS of Fri, Jun 07 - Thu, Aug 22, 2024 there is a three (3) night minimum from 5:00 pm EST check-in to 11:00 am EST check-out. The system is set up to apply a 57% discount for seven (7) consecutive nights during these dates from Fri check-in to Fri check-out. The system is NOT capable of applying additional discounts for 4, 5, or 6 consecutive nights during this same period. We are currently offering the following discounts: 4 nights at 25%, 5 nights at 40%, & 6 nights at 50%. Before booking, please send an inquiry. 2. Memorial and Labor Day weekends have a three (3) night minimum. Our rates for the Summer Season (nights of 6/7/24-8/22/24) and both Memorial & Labor Day weekends include up to our legal maximum of 19 overnight guests (adult/child/infant) with NO extra guest fee. Outside of these dates for any count over 15 total overnight guests (adult/child/infant), a $30 (in 2024)/night/extra guest (adult/child/infant) fee over the count of 15 will be incurred. Nightly, Weekly, and Off Season Rates Available. During our off season only when the outdoor pool is winterized, we have the ability to completely lock off the second floor and offer the Property to smaller sized groups for a slightly reduced rate. Published rates assume use of both first and second floor of the home. Please inquire! Perfect for a stay with extended family. This house has everything. It is very well thought out. The beds are comfortable. We would stay again. Renee is very friendly and helpful!
Kids loved movie theater, playground and games.
My husband and I live relatively close to this air bnb and it was the perfect place for our wedding party. The entire place was spotless (and by spotless I mean the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever been to!) upon arrival and felt very homey. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable without being over crowded. Renee responded quickly to any questions and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. The group collectively agreed we need to rent this place again during the summer to all get together again. We can’t wait to come back!
The house was perfect for our get together. It was very clean and there was lots of space to relax and gather.
What a great week in Marblehead. Renee was very helpful and responsive. Our kids loved walking to lake side to play basketball swim and enjoy ice cream. The house is well stocked and comfortable for large families. We will be back next summer.

The Property is located in a quiet residential subdivision in a vacationland area: our adjacent neighbors are mostly full time residents. Being that it sits on a corner lot, one can expect traffic on the main road, especially during the warmer months of the year. The entire Property is enclosed by a cedar picket fence excluding the following areas: front yard, driveway, and grassy area along the fence off the main road.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by car traveling on the main roads.
