The villa was well-equipped and had beautiful views of the ocean. We saw a couple of incredible sunsets and enjoyed watching a couple of local kangaroos hop up and down the neighbouring hillside in the evening and early morning. As per advice, we got fish and chips from the Binningup store one evening, which was excellent. It was a perfect spot for the 4 of us for a long weekend and would definitely consider a return visit.

Great place right at the 4WD beach access. Perhaps a little noise from the 4WD enthusiasts in the evening / morning from the beach access. other than that just gorgeous location and very nice little house with an ocean view. Finding the lock box with the key was a little difficult when arriving after dark as there was no light at the back of the property. we - family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) enjoyed our stay and recommend this place highly. it's just the right size for our group.

The location was the highlight with stunning ocean views; and we did see dolphins! The driveway and path is STEEP and there was some confusion about where to park so to not block the owners exit so this instruction could be clearer, however in the end it wasn’t an issue. The place was clean but the bathroom probably needs to be updated - you can hear the pipes going loudly when someone is showering. The amenities were excellent, especially all the toys and books for our little one. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of linen and all the basics you would need. Could not figure out the oven though! The AC was good for the living area however did not adequately reach the bedrooms so I would suggest floor fans to be made available. You will get woken up with the sun here as the blinds allow light in so we improvised with the spare linen. Overall it was a lovely stay and so close to the water, the only negative was the heat / light situation in the bedrooms and the noisy shower!

Great location and view from accommodation looking at to the beach. very close to the beach. about 10 min walk to general store they have fish and chip. very yummy. Sally the owner she very friendly. definitely coming back again
