If you are looking for a safe place, away from the city, with a beach and big enough for a family, this is your condo. the condo complex is cute, safe and everyone who lives or stays there is super friendly and helpful. This location is not close to many restaurants. I recommend renting a car to get to and from the city as cab rides added up quick. it was anywhere from $12-$20usd to get to the central area or ferry. The bad - the beds are not the most comfy. During our stay, one of the A/C units leaked water all night causing a "drip, drip, drip" noise all night and a small pool of water on the floor. There was mold on the table and around the A/C unit. The bigger bedroom had some type of septic/vebting issue because the sewage smell would vent back into the bathroom from the shower and made the whole bedroom smell. my overall stay was just "ok". Angelica was responsive and said she would take care of it but it was not on our short stay. For the $$ I was disappointed.

Great place to stay! This place is a two story unit in a beautiful condo building. Main floor is kitchen, dining and living room with bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with full attached baths and balconies to relax on. There is a sandy beach very close (which isn’t as common as you’d think on the west side of Cozumel). A car is required if you stay here. We rented from Darth and they were good. Emilys is good too. Both were around $57 per day (I think Emilys gave you more insurance) and with great communication through what’s app and messenger. It’s not really what we would consider a walkable place as it is a ways north of town. Very peaceful and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Nice beds and bedding. We would stay here again!

Very spacious and well appointed kitchen; easy walk to the beach. Lovely place!

Very clean. Large main level with kitchen. Two large bedrooms upstairs, both with bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to a west facing veranda. Both bedrooms have walk in showers and plenty of closet space. The split AC units cool all rooms very quickly. The kitchen has everything you need. The rooftop is very cool. This unit is on the third floor and it's all stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just so you know. The building has its own parking lot with a locked entrance. The property is quiet without being stuffy. Everyone was friendly out by the pool. The beach is honestly some of the nicest beach front on the island. It’s a short 100 foot walk from the parking lot to the beach gate. The condo has beach chairs, a cooler, floaties and two bikes. The neighborhood complex is on the far north end of the island, but it’s less than a 10 minute drive to downtown. There’s place to wash and hang scuba gear on the property, as well. Communication with Angelica and Alma was excellent.
