Very spacious condo with beautiful views of the ocean and a wonderful pool. Very easy to get to town via taxi or a good walk.

We were very comfortable on the north end of the island where the condominium is located. The views from the condo is fabulous and the waterfront was stunning. I spent a good deal of time swimming in front and around the Caribbean in front of the condo and saw many barracuda fish and bright tropical fish. Walking into town or further on the north end is lovely and felt very safe.

This place is exactly as described. The overall cost may be higher than other accommodations in the area, but this is worth it. The snorkeling out front is good if the weather is clear. We had some windy days with high surf. Not much is walkable, but a short 1.3 miles there are restaurants on the water. Also north about .75 miles there are options. The Zona Norte is very nice. The unit is large with 4 bathrooms. All tile floors, open kitchen. View is excellent. The third floor is nice, I don’t know if I would like higher floors. Staffed front gate, always welcoming. There were no real issues with our stay, loved every minute. Cozumel is a great destination with a slower pace and very friendly people.
