We choose love. We do not discriminate. We understand your "home away from home" can make or break your vacation or business stay. We have hosted almost 800 groups. We ask that you have a completed profile, including a close up face pic, before you ask to book with us. We decline incomplete profiles 100%. It's our goal to provide you with high-quality R&R in one of our three venues! We think this means 3 things: A very clean environment, Very comfortable beds, and Stunning decor. We do our best to provide a nicotine-free experience. We asked our guests to to be honest with us about nicotine use up front. Do you consume nicotine, inhaled weed or other drugs? This is a simple yes or no question. Further, if you use any kind of inhaled, injected or smoked illegal drugs, please stay in a hotel or better yet, stay home. Been there, done that, have the 150k rebuild. About us: Realtor® Jamie is an agent with Premier Realty Associates and 15 years experience. DRE# (Number hidden by Airbnb) cuz they think it's a phone number. Jamie has been asked by Airbnb guests to help them find new homes in the area. She is thrilled to show off our beautiful Bay area. Having lived in 6 of 9 Bay area counties, Jamie works Albany, Alameda, Antioch Belmont, Belvedere, Berkeley, Colma, Concord, the whole alphabet. If you are a Gold Country guest, this also remains true for the 80/49 corridor. Jamie has recently been assisting in Ventura, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles County, plus the SLT area as well. Feel free to ask any questions you have regarding real estate even if you are a local. Jamie comes with a small service dog, named Blizzard. He is randomly friendly (probably not at all random to him!) but don't be offended if he is stand offish. His job is to attend to Jamie. Jerry is a Notary Public. He is happy to assist our guests if needed with documents. Jerry is also a phenomenal cook. You might get lucky and find out yourself.
