This house felt like home! We felt comfortable and loved the space - it was gorgeous and modern. Walkable to groceries and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we could need. Not sure when or if we’ll be back in Benicia, but if so, I certainly hope Lacy’s place is still available. Thank you so much!

Graham and Lacy's place was amazing! We found it warm and welcoming and it had everything we needed. Great location to downtown. We walked to One House Bakery multiple times. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to stay here again!

Beautiful artistic home located in a friendly town walking distance to a great bakery. The home has lots of spaces to enjoy quiet time or gather with friends.

An amazing home! The thoughtful, creative and colorful design details were so refreshing and appreciated. We arrived at the property @ 11:00pm and delighted to see all the lights in the house turned on. The owner gave us instructions for the airlines to deliver luggage to the property which worked out perfectly. We also discovered the filtered hot and cold water dispenser at the kitchen sink to fill flasks and enjoy a cup of tea. We would definitely return to this special property and extend our stay to take advantage of all this quaint town has to offer; we ran out of time and weren’t able to visit the shops and restaurants in Benicia just a few steps away on 1st street.
