The cottage is very beautiful and peaceful and I felt right at home straight away. The central room has a large stove which heats up the house very quickly and is wonderful to sit beside. The bed was so comfortable and the linen was beautiful

Stayed for two nights as a base for visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved the cottage. The area was so peaceful. The cottage was so quaint but had everything we needed. We lit the fire each evening and it was very warm and cosy. The beds were very comfortable. It was a definite find and we will be booking again. I would highly recommend!!

We had a great weekend visit to the cottage. We headed down very late so we got a bit lost enroute in the dark, but, we rang Shaun and he was able to get us back on track very quick. Stove was ready to be lit upon on arrival and the heaters warmed the room up quickly. Bed was very comfortable and loads of space in the room for the dogs enclosure. Beach 5/10 minutes drive. We have also stayed in other places in portsalon that don't have wifi so having fast wifi was also a big plus
