My husband and I, along with our two best friends experienced the delight of Whale Rock Vacation House this past weekend. And what a delight it was! The house is situated mere feet from the ocean, and Whale Rock is directly to the left of the expansive balcony. The views are extraordinary; with every gaze there is something new to see, and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks below is soothing and just renews the soul. The home itself is gorgeous. There is plenty of space- more than we needed, for sure, and it had high-end amenities throughout. The town of Trinidad, Sue Meg State Park, the giant fern forest, and so much more are just minutes away. As extensive world travelers who always stay in vacation rentals (I think the only continent we have not seen is Antarctica) this home is the most beautiful we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Meeting the owner was a special added bonus as well! What a wonderful, generous host and gentleman!!

This home was amazing. Views are exceptional. We loved the hot tub, fireplace, and board games. Host was very accommodating. Loved our time there and can’t wait to come back.

Great views, we didn't know about the separate suite downstairs. But the view and everything else was absolutely worth it. Will definitely stay here again.

The view is amazing, house is clean, great landscaping. Read listing fully as there is no AC and the outdoor areas are semi-shared with other renters so privacy is limited outdoors.
