Ein soooo schöner Ort! Wir (zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern zwischen 3 und 12 Jahren) waren hell begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten, viele schöne Schattenplätze, ein riesiger und stets sauberer Pool, mehrere Plätze zum Essen - einfach grossartig. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn etwas unklar war, oder fehlte, konnten wir den hilfsbereiten Selim fragen. Santo und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich und das Willkommensapero haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben es bereits weiterempfohlen.

Santo was very responsive to my emails before the holiday and equally welcoming on arrival. The villa was perfect for our family of 9 adults in size and layout including great pool. Location was also great, including enough privacy yet right next to the beach. It was easy for travel to Cefalu by train albeit we had no kids. The only issue was lack of cooking implements such as no cutting boards or sharp knives but overall a great place for a large group.

My family of four adults and three children loved our stay there. First, Alfonso was so responsive to my emails, especially during the wildfires in Sicily that we feared, not only for their safety, but if we would be canceling our reservation. He assured me that we would be safe in the area. We arrived after fourteen hours of flights to an incredible reception. We were greeted by Santo and Selim (the resident caretaker) with a spread of delicacies of cured meats, cheeses, the most amazing caponata, and a pitcher of red wine. They gave us a tour of the property which was beautiful and lushly landscaped. Steps from the beach, we swam in the clear beautiful water before heading to our outdoor showers and then plunge in the pool. The kids loved it so much that it was hard to drag them away from the property, though we did make day trips to Mt. Etna, Palermo and Taormina. Cefalu was amazing; great food and shops and atmosphere. We didn't want our two weeks to end. Grazie mille!

Santo's villa near Cefalu, Sicily was wonderful! My family of ten (3 adult couples, 1 single adult, 2 teenagers and a 5-year-old) was extremely happy. The villa was perfect for us - the various sitting areas provided space for gathering in small or large groups, we were able to eat together as a family at any one of the many dining tables, and there was enough space to get away from family for a little alone time. The grounds were beautiful. Santo and his family were welcoming, providing an unexpected and very much appreciated feast when we arrived. The pristine pool was one of the highlights of the trip, especially in the July heat! Everything was well kept by the grounds keeper Salim, who was available for whatever we needed. A minor thing: if you'll be there for more than a day or two, be prepared to provide your own household items such as toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, dish soap, salt/spices, etc. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay! Lovely host and it was great to have the help of Salim on site! Great place for a group of families!
